Thank you for using the LingoFile application ("App"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is processed when using our app.

1. Data Collected and Processed

To provide its core translation service, LingoFile processes PDF, DOCX, and TXT files that you upload. These files are processed temporarily only during the translation process and are not permanently stored on the app's servers after the process is complete. Translated files are saved directly to your device.

2. Subscription and Payment Information

In-app purchases (Premium subscriptions) are securely processed through the Apple App Store infrastructure. LingoFile never accesses or stores your credit card or direct payment information. Anonymized purchase identifiers (via the RevenueCat infrastructure) are used to verify your subscription status.

3. Third-Party Services

Our app may use the following third-party services to provide its functionality:

• Translation Services: Cloud-based APIs are used to translate texts. Submitted texts are processed securely and anonymously by service providers.
• RevenueCat: Used for subscription and purchase management.

4. Data Security

We take industry-standard measures to ensure the security of your files. However, please note that no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
